Hopefully Helpful Information for the Mini Workshop Instructor.

As the Mini Workshop coordinator, (Joyce) I will:

  1. Post the class on the website
  2. Send the notice to members to sign up for the workshop
  3. Reserve the studio space you will use on the Master Calendar
  4. Post a notice of the class on the Events bulletin board in the Studio.
  5. Send out a reminder notice to all who have signed up a few days before the workshop. If you would like for me to include additional information, supplies or instruction simply e-mail me with your comments.
  6. Take care of all notification to members who have moved from the wait list to the class list and delete all participants when they must drop the class.


You may check your workshop to see who has signed up at www.srart.org/workshops.php (under Events/Workshops) at any time. If it asks for a password just click either button and the list will magically appear.

It will be your responsibility to set up the studio space and oversee cleans up. I recommend you ask one of the participants to assist you with set up or ask me to find someone to help you. Please keep a record of attendance and let me know if you had any no-shows.
